Privacy Policy

Applies to the mobile application Bitcoin Mining - Crypto Miner and the website cryptoltd.store.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what the app needs in order to work.

1. Information you give us

Data	Why we need it
Email address and name, received from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In	To create and identify your account. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address.
Nickname, profile photo, short bio	Shown on your public profile and next to your posts and messages. Optional.
Bitcoin wallet address	Used solely to send withdrawals you request.
Messages, posts, reactions, support tickets and any files you attach	To deliver the social and support features you use.

2. Information collected automatically

Device identifier and push token — to deliver push notifications through Apple Push Notification service. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings at any time.
IP address at registration — kept for fraud and abuse prevention.
In-app balance, mining activity and transaction history — to operate the app's core mining and rewards features.
Basic usage and diagnostic logs — to keep the service running and to investigate errors.

3. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties who process data under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob — serves advertising, including rewarded ads, and may use advertising identifiers. On iOS you control this through App Tracking Transparency and iOS Settings. See Google Privacy Policy.
Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store in-app purchases, and push notifications.
Google Sign-In — optional account sign-in.
PayPal — where payment is made through PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials.
YouTube / Google — if you connect a YouTube account for in-app video rewards, we store the access token needed for that feature only. You can disconnect it at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or PayPal. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, together with the product and transaction identifiers needed to credit your account. We never receive your full payment card details.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, messages and wallet address, other than records we must keep for accounting, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. Backups are rotated and expire within 90 days.

6. Your rights

Delete your account — from the app, under Profile → Settings, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile and personal data as described above.
Access or correct your data — edit your profile in the app, or contact us.
Withdraw consent — disable notifications, disconnect YouTube, or stop using the app at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA. Write to us and we will honour them.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised administrators. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique sign-in method and keep your device up to date.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
