Applies to the mobile application Bitcoin Mining - Crypto Miner and the website cryptoltd.store.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Bitcoin Mining - Crypto Miner is an entertainment and simulation app. It lets you run virtual miners, complete in-app tasks, watch rewarded videos, take part in community chat, and accumulate an in-app balance.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• The information you give us — including your withdrawal address — must be accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, emulators, modified clients, automation, or any technique to fake activity, ad views, referrals or rewards.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or abuse the referral programme.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app, our servers or our APIs.
• Post or send content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harass other users, impersonate anyone, or collect other users' data.

4. Community content and moderation

You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it so the app can work. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Users can report content and block other users, and we review reports and act — by removing content, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts — typically within 24 hours.

5. Purchases, virtual items and subscriptions

• In-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store, or through PayPal where offered. Apple's payment terms apply to App Store purchases.
• Virtual items, miners, boosts and in-app balance are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the app. They have no monetary value outside the app and are not redeemable for cash except where we explicitly offer a withdrawal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

6. Rewards and withdrawals

Where the app offers a withdrawal, it is subject to the minimum amounts, verification steps and processing times shown in the app at the time. We may refuse or reverse a reward or withdrawal if we reasonably believe it results from fraud, abuse, a bug, or a breach of these terms. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — you are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide.

7. Advertising

The app displays advertising, including rewarded video, supplied by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including reward rates, miner mechanics and prices, at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the reward system, or use the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings, or by emailing us. On termination, any remaining in-app balance and virtual items are forfeited.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost in-app balance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Third-party terms

Your use of Apple, Google, PayPal and other third-party services is also governed by their own terms. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app; Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them against you.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
